- Nikon's new FM3a manual focus SLR body features a new Hybrid Shutter Control System and classic 60/40 Center Weighted metering.
- The Nikon FM3a is constructed with a rugged copper, silumin aluminum alloy chassis and metal outer body.
- TTL Flash Metering System: Super fast 1/4,000 sec. to 1 sec. plus Bulb. Auto Exposure Lock.
- ISO-type hot-shoe; threaded sync cord terminal for off-camera or multi-flash photography; 1/250 sec flash sync.
- Flash Ready-Light for use with fully charged SB28/28DX, SB27, SB22s, SB16B or SB29 Speedlights.
- Film Speed Setting : DX: ISO 25-5000 with DX-coded film; manual ISO 12-6400. Compatible lens mounts available from Nikon and aftermarket lens makers: Ai, Ais, AFD, AFS, P (except IX and G-type lenses). Shown with lens purchased separately.
