LABELLECAMERAS.COM offers a wide range of products. Most items sold by us are
returnable for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the
return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note however
certain items are not returnable at all and some items may be returnable subject
to a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. See below
for a list of items that are non-returnable or subject to restocking fees.
Items that are allowed for return must be returned in "like new"
condition including, original packaging and packaging materials, all cords,
cables, cartons, documentation, warranty materials and registration cards. Items
being returned must be shipped to our NY address. An RMA (return merchandise
authorization) number is required. You must contact our Customer Service department
to obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling 66-688-6912. The RMA number
must be clearly printed on the outside of your shipping carton next to the shipping
label. Do not deface or write on the items exterior package, you must place
the item being returned in a separate shipping carton. The RMA number is valid
for only 10 days. Items returned must reach our warehouse promptly, and will
be not accepted if received later than 21 days from date of delivery. The returned
items must be returned to us via UPS fully insured and properly packed. Any
damage or loss that occurs in transit is your responsibility.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
Most of our small to mid-sized items are shipped via UPS or FedEx, while most
oversized items (i.e. TVs 25" and above and A/V racks) are shipped by freight
shipping companies. Please note that our shipping companies are carefully screened
and selected, and are very experienced and well trained to handle our products.
Additionally, our quality assurance team inspects each Plasma, LCD, DLP, etc.
TV and Display at our warehouse to insure they were received from the factory
in perfect condition prior to shipping to our customers.
Any physical shipping damage must be reported immediately to the delivery driver!
Once the shipping carton arrives, you must open the packaging and inspect your
item and point out any damages on the item to the delivery person before signing
for it. If you notice damage to the item inside the carton DO NOT ACCEPT IT
AND DO NOT SIGN FOR IT, kindly inform the driver that you are refusing delivery
and contact us at once to make a report and so we can ship out a replacement.
Please contact us at 1-866-688-6912 . Please DO NOT sign the bill of lading
until you have fully inspected the unit for damage.
Concealed shipping damage must be reported to the delivery driver immediately!
If you discover any damage due to shipping after you have already signed we
are not held liable. Damaged items must be refused and immediately returned
to us. Do not sign for any item until you have confirmed that there is no damage.
PlasmaBay.com can not be held responsible for any damages reported once the
item(s) have been signed for, sorry no exceptions.
Non-Returnable items
The following items are not returnable. Most of these items come with a manufacturer's
limited warranty. If your item requires service, please contact the manufacturer
directly.
Large screen TVs and Video Displays 21" and above
A/V components over $1000
Home Theater Systems
Large Speakers (over 20lbs)
Projectors
A/V furniture, stands, and/or Racks
Video Display Mounts (once installed)
Plasma Travel Cases
Apple iPods
Please note: If a non-returnable items arrives defective or requires service
within 14 days of receipt, it can not be returned, and must be serviced under
the manufacturer's warranty. With most large screen displays this service may
be done on-site, other items may be required to be taken to a repair center.
If service is required please contact the manufacturer or contact a labellecameras.com
representative for assistance.
Returns of Non-Defective Merchandise
Non-Defective merchandise that may be returned must be returned within 14 days
of delivery, and require an RMA number (RMA #'s are valid for only 5 days).
Please see instructions below for obtaining an RMA #. The Items listed below
are subject to a 15% restocking fee:
TVs 20" and under
A/V Components under $1000
Display mounts
Portable Audio Video items
MP3 players
Headphones
Remotes
In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge (up to 100%) will be assessed for
items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.
Defective Merchandise
All returnable items found to be defective within 14 days of delivery may be
returned to PlasmaBay for replacement. RMA number is required and item must
be returned in "like new" condition as stated above. We will replace
the defective item with the same new model free of charge. Refund requests will
be subject the same restocking fees as stated above.
Restocking fees do not apply to defective merchandise that is being replaced.
"Free Shipping" Returns<br>
Please note: items returned that were shipped at no charge (Free Shipping) will
be charged a 10% return fee.

with the following information:
Your name, order number, and date of receipt.
Model number of the product and overview of the problem.
Daytime telephone number where you can be reached.
All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and
with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result
in a delay and/or partial forfeiture of your credit.
